Here at 2&3, we like to mark the Chinese New Year celebrations with a new artwork for our blog. We know two things about this years celebrations, it being the year of the Horse and that this year is 2014. You might spot these two elements within the illustration.
We are always experimenting with new styles using our well-established 2D + 3D setup. We thoughts we’d show these new wire illustrations on the blog and get some initial feedback. Hope you like them…

Prestigious Smithsonian Magazine asked us to create an illustration for their September issue themed ‘Beauty’. The article written by Camille Paglia is about how the intervention of technology, including ubiquitous hand-held devices, is blunting our response to art!
Through the nice people at Orchestra Agency we created this animated web banner for an Avis car hire campaign. – It was a pitch which unfortunately went no further, but the end result was a nice piece that we can share with you now.
All the way from Northfield, Illinois, Kraft foods asked us to create an artwork containing many of their most successful brands including Toblerone, Oreo cookies and of course Cadbury’s Chocolate. The challenge was making yellow, beige and brown foodstuffs look… nice!
They were happy and so were we.
